Kirt Hamburg and his wife Jennifer are Baja Dream Properites' primary investors with property on both sides of the Baja peninsula: La Paz Dream Property here on the Pacific Coast -- about an hour northwest of La Paz and the International Airport & 58 homesites in the Vista del Cortez Eco-friendly Community on the Sea of Cortez overlooking the Sea of Cortez and the town of Los Barriles  - about an hour north of Cabo San Lucas and the International Airport.

Kirt and Jen first came down to Baja from their hometown of Granite Bay near Sacramento when their two daughters were in elementary school and fell in love with the area. Since then, the Hamburgs spend as much time as possible living the Baja dream on the Pacific Coast and the East Cape. They easily bounce back and forth between the hustle and bustle of the U.S. and the more leisurely pace of Baja. It’s a convenient commute because the La Paz International airport is less than an hour from the Pacific Coast property.

Kirt and Jen love it that they can begin their day in their family home in Sacramento and by the afternoon, stroll along the beach in Baja, watching their daughters play in the Pacific Ocean.
